One day at Hiawatha Middle School in Hiawatha, KS Jereme J, a thirteen year old, brown haired, dork came to school and put his coat, books, and backpack in his locker at 8:13 A.M... Just after third hour Jereme came out of band and his locker was open, not surprising since he has a paper in it so he didn’t have to put in his combination. He looked and his coat was missing. There inside sat a note, it read, if you want your coat back go and leave five dollars in the front-right desk in Mr. Ewing’s room. There was another clue the note was on a half sheet of paper Jereme didn’t have five dollars so he told Gabe, a twelve year old, black haired, private detective.
Gabe checked with all of the teachers and there were three people who left during third hour, Roney, Billy Bob, and Avery. They were all called to Mr. Spliecals office. Gabe asked every one where they were.
Roney said “I went to the bathroom.”
Billy said “I got a drink, but I didn’t steal Jereme’s coat.
Avery said “Well….I….well…well…..I got….my homework out…..of my….locker.
